摘  要:根据低硼超低硫钢的成分及性能要求,采取监控铁水成分、铁水折罐等方式控制转炉入炉铁水硫含量;采用优质废钢,规范出钢合金化合金种类。LF精炼采用合适的炉渣配比, VD工序真空处理后喂入钙线进行硫化物处理等一系列措施。结果表明,低硼超低硫钢种硫含量达到15×10^(-6)以下,钙含量达到13×10^(-6),硼含量控制在5×10^(-6)以下。A类(硫化物类)夹杂细系≤1为100%,粗系≤0为100%, B类(氧化铝类)夹杂细系≤1.5为100%,粗系≤1.5为100%,探伤合格率达到100%。According to the composition and performance requirements of low boron ultra-low sulfur steel,series of measures were taken to improve steel quality including control the sulfur content of molten iron in converter by monitoring the composition of molten iron and hot metal charging,regulating the alloy combination in the molten steel by using high quality scraps, adopting appropriate slag ratio during LF refining and Ca wire feeding after VD process for sulfide treatment.And the results show that,the sulfur content of low boron ultra-low sulfur steel is less than 15×10^-6.Calcium content is 13×10^-6.Boron content is controlled below 5×l0^-6.Fine series inclusion ≤1and coarse series ≤0of Class A (Sulfides)are 100%.Fine series inclusion ≤ 1.5 and coarse series ≤1.5of Class B (Alumina)are 100%.The qualified rate of the flaw detection is 100%.
