摘 要:布料溜槽是无钟炉顶的重要组成部分,其寿命和稳定性对于精准布料、炉况稳定和增产降耗有重要意义。根据首钢京唐公司1号高炉布料溜槽的破损部位分析其破损机理,并提出相应的可行建议。京唐公司1号高炉溜槽的破损主要发生在落料点位置、合金衬板上沿的压板和末端的挡料板三个部位,其破损原因分别是炼铁原燃料的冲击磨损、循环热应力引起的热失配和中心焦的磨损。针对三个主要破损部位的建议是于溜槽壳体和衬板中间焊接一块多孔不锈钢来吸收原燃料的冲击动能,采用整体的耐磨铸铁或表面处理过的碳钢作为衬板上沿的垫板防止热变形,在末端挡料板的上表面加合金耐磨层抵抗中心焦的磨损。The distributor chute is a significant part of bell-less top system of BF,and its service life and stability of play a key role in accurate distribution,stabilizing furnace condition and increasing production and decreasing consumption.The damage mechanisms of distributor chute of No.1 BF in Shougang Jingtang are analyzed and some damage parts.The damage parts of distributor chute of practical proposals are made based on its No.1 BF mainly include the point of falling materials,backing plate at the top edge of alloy liner and baffles on the end of distributor chute. And the causes of damage are impact wear from ore and coke,thermal mismatch resulted from cycle thermal stress and abrasion from central charge of coke,respectively.The practical proposals include porous stainless steel plate welded between distributor chute shell and alloy liner for absorbing impact energy,the cast iron or surface-treated carbon steel as backing plate is used at the top edge of liner against thermal deformation and wear,and the wear-resistant alloy is welded on upper surface of baffles at the end of chute against abrasion from central charge of coke.
