摘  要:针对行星式高能球磨机对Cu/Fe粉体进行研磨时难以形成均匀的颗粒度的问题,建立了功能模型,通过因果链分析得到关键问题;采用基于TRIZ冲突解决理论的技术冲突和物理冲突工具对关键问题求解,得到发明原理,最终形成了粉体流化快淬设备系统的创新设计方法和解决方案。新的制粉设备针对塑形金属材料而设计,集加料、流化、快淬和收集功能为一体,能够快速、便捷的制备实验物料,省时省力,提高实验效率。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to form uniform particle size when cu/fe powder is ground by planetary high energy ball mill,a functional model is established,and the key problems are obtained by causal chain analysis. The technical and physical conflict tools based on triz conflict resolution theory were used to solve the key problems and the invention principle was obtained. Finally,the innovative design method and solution of powder fluidized rapid-quenching equipment system were formed. The new pulverizing equipment is designed for the plastic metal materials,which integrates the functions of feeding,fluidization,rapid quenching and collecting. It can quickly and conveniently prepare the experimental materials,save time and labor,and improve the experimental efficiency.
