摘  要:桥式起重机作为生产车间重要的搬运设备,其货载起升过程,桥架频繁承受冲击载荷的作用。以50/10t双梁桥式起重机桥架为研究对象,建立货载起升过程动力学模型,获取该阶段小车动态轮压,并将其作为桥架动态载荷开展瞬态动力学分析,研究不同起升速度下桥架应力特性;依据桥架结构形式及其受力特点,开展动态应力测试研究。结果表明,小车起升速度越大,应力以及货载离地后的应力幅最大值均越大,而且两者与小车起升速度呈线性关系;桥架结构动态应力测试结果与瞬态动力学分析结果基本吻合,为该型桥式起重机桥架动态设计及优化提供了理论依据。Overhead crane as an important handling equipment of the production workshop. The crane subjected to cyclic impact loading at lifting process. Address this problem,a 50/10 t double beam overhead crane was investigated to study the stress property at lifting process. In this scheme,a dynamic model was firstly established to obtain the dynamic wheel pressure of the trolley at lifting process. Then,take the wheel pressure as the dynamic load and analyze the stress characteristics of the crane at different lifting speed by transient dynamics analysis. The analysis indicated that,both the maximal values of stress and amplitude linear increases as the lifting speed increases. At last,a dynamic stress test experiment was implemented on the 50/10 t double beam overhead crane. The test results verified the transient dynamics analysis. This investigation provides theory basis for the dynamic design and optimization of overhead crane.
