摘 要:高活性铝粉由于其优良的燃烧性能越来越受到关注。从两方面详细综述了高活性铝粉的活性评价方法:有效铝含量的测定和铝粉反应活性的评价。其中,有效铝含量的测定的方法主要有气体容量法、电位滴定法、热重分析法和X射线Rietveld图谱拟合法;铝粉反应活性的评价方法主要有热分析四参数法、激光点火法和特征光谱法。分析并比较了各方法之间的优缺点及适用范围,指出当前研究的问题是各方法的条件及参数尚未统一,数据间难以进行有效比对。对于全面准确地评价高活性铝粉的活性,有效铝含量的测定和铝粉反应活性的评价两方面应综合考虑,缺一不可,进而为其在推进剂及炸药中的应用研究提供理论依据。Due to the excellent thermal performance,especially their application in the solid rocket propellant,highly reactive aluminum powder has gained increasing attention.A couple of methods that are used for determination of metallic aluminum content and evaluation of its reactivity are summarized in details.The active aluminum content can be measured by gas volumetric method, potentiometric titration,thermogravimetry (TG)and Rietveld pattern-fitting method.The evaluation of its reactivity can be divided into thermal analysis 4-parameters,laser ignition method and characteristic spectroscopy.The merits and disadvantages of these methods are also discussed,based on which the experimental conditions and parameters have not been unified up to now have been proposed.In order to evaluate active aluminum correctly and accurately,both determination of metallic aluminum content and evaluation of its reactivity are necessary,and hence this paper may provide a certain reference for the application of aluminum powders in propellants and explosives.
