摘  要:叙述了一种直接测试化合物生成焓的新方法,获得了粘合剂、固化剂、增塑剂等物质的标准摩尔生成焓,为解决高能推进剂的能量计算问题提供了基础数据,对新原材料性能检定以及高能推进剂配方能量预估有重要意义。通过研究测定方法的主要因素包括空气氮的影响、燃烧不充分的影响、点火丝的影响,对测定方法进行了修正,提高了结果的准确性。采用Parr 6200全自动氧弹量热仪测定了HTPB、PEG、A3、TDI、DOS、Bu-NENA、PBT、B-GAP、GAP的恒容燃烧热,根据热化学方程式和Gess定律计算了标准摩尔燃烧焓ΔcHθm和标准摩尔生成焓ΔfHθm,通过比较这几种含能材料生成焓实验值与文献值发现,两者相对误差小于5%,表明了测试方法的可靠性。This paper introduced a method of testing enthalpies of formation directly,through which we could obtained standard molar enthalpy values of formation of binders,curing agents and plasticizers.This research can provide basic datas for overcoming the energy calculation problem of high energy propellants.Meanwhile,the research has a great significance in the new raw material performance testing and high energy propellant capacity estimation.It has been thoroughly discussed in terms of the main factors of measuring method including:air nitrogen,insufficient combustion,ignition wire.The method has been corrected,which improves the accuracy of the results.The Parr 6200 full-automatic bomb calorimeters have been used to measure heat value under constant volume (Qv)of several substances,such as HTPB,PEG,A3,TDI,DOS,Bu-NENA,PBT,B-GAP,GAP.Then the standard molar heat values of combustion(AcH^θm )and standard molar enthalpy values of formation (AfH^θm )have been calculated by caloric chemical equations and the Gess law.By comparing the published data with the experimental values of standard molar enthalpies of formation,it has been found that the difference between the them is only 5%,which indicates that the method is reliable.
