摘 要:辽宁工科优势高校形成了依托校企联盟、围绕"卓越工程师教育培养计划"、根植重点学科专业和立足创新创业教育活动等校企协同育人四种模式。校企协同育人存在长效性不足,企业利益保障体系尚不完善,政策执行效果不理想和落实不到位等问题;契合度不高,促进校企无缝对接、深度融合的协同机制未完全理顺,企业缺少主动参与的意愿和动力;持效性不足,教师管理体系、教学评价制度还不完善。深化校企协同育人的主要路径:一是完善政府政策保障体系及激励举措;二是推进校企协同育人管理与运行机制创新;三是强化校内职能部门整体联动与制度建设。Engineering universities in Liaoning Province have basically formed four modes of cooperative education,but there still exist following problems in school-enterprise cooperation.Firstly,as the mode of school-enterprise cooperative education is immature,the system for protecting enterprises’ interest still needs improvement,and the implementation of policies has not achieved desired goals.Secondly,the cooperation between universities and enterprises is not efficient.Thirdly,enterprises generally lack motivation and enthusiasm in participating in the cooperative education.Fourthly,the system of faculty management and teaching evaluation system are immature.Therefore,the main paths to deepen cooperative education are to improve government’s policy security system and the incentives,promote the innovation of the management mechanism,strength the integral coordination and system construction of functional departments in universities.
