摘　　要：目的:随着"医改"的深入与药学服务模式的转变,医院药学人员面临着前所未有的压力与新挑战。通过调查某三级综合医院青年药学人员职业状态与心理健康状况,分析其压力源成因,探讨应对策略,以期为医院药学学科发展和人才培养提供参考。方法:随机抽取某三甲医院45岁以下青年药学人员165名,采用自制调查问卷、SCL-90症状自评量表和职业倦怠调查表进行测评,并与国内常模进行对比分析。结果:被调查测评对象SCL-90阳性因子中抑郁、躯体化、偏执因子分显著高于国内常模(P<0.05)。结论:现阶段青年药学人员不同程度地对职业前景产生困惑,心理健康受到影响,应引起医院管理者的重视。OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the occupational state and mental health of young pharmacists and provide a reference for the development of pharmaceutical science and the training of talents.METHODS Totally 165 young pharmacists younger than 45 years old from our hospital were randomly selected.Self-made questionnaire,SCL-90 symptom checklist and Occupation Burnout Questionnaire were analyzed,and compared with general models.RESULTS The scores of SCL-90 symptom checklist,positive factor in depression,somatization,and paranoid factor were significantly higher than the national norm in our young pharmacists(P<0.05).CONCLUSION In the process of healthcare reform and pharmaceutical service function transformation,the young pharmacists are confused with the career prospects to varying degrees,and their mental health is affected,and hospital managers should pay more attentions.
