摘　　要：目的:探讨医疗机构药品零差率下的药学服务模式。方法:介绍济南市中心医院药师在新医改特别是药品零差价后药学服务模式的一些新尝试。结果:以患者为中心的药学服务可以在提高治疗效果、控制药占比、促进抗菌药物合理使用等方面发挥重要作用。结论:药师只有迅速完成从"以药物为中心"向"以患者为中心"的观念转变,担当起提供精细化药学服务的重任,才能在医改中实现自身价值。OBJECTIVE To explore pharmaceutical care mode after the zero profit drug policy and clarify the responsibilities of the pharmacist. METHODS This paper introduced some new attempts of pharmaceutical service in Jinan Central Hospital in the new health care system reform. RESULTS Patient-centered pharmaceutical care played an important role in promoting the therapeutic effect and the rational use of antibiotics, reducing the proportion of drug. CONCLUSION Pharmacists should change their ideas from "drug-centered" to "patient-centered" rapidly, realize their own value in medical reform only by taking the responsibility to provide refined pharmaceutical care.
