摘　　要：目的:探讨中国人群中驱动蛋白6(KIF6)rs20455基因多态性与冠心病(CHD)易感性之间的关系。方法:全面检索中国知网、维普、万方、PubMed、Ebsco、Web of Science、Cochrane数据库,检索年限为建库至2018-07-31,筛选有关中国人群KIF6rs20455基因多态性与CHD关联性的文献,对KIF6rs20455T/C各基因型进行比较。结果:共纳入7篇研究,共有1 755名健康对照组,1 759例CHD患者。KIF6rs20455各基因型与CHD无显著相关性。等位基因模型:OR=0.96,95%CI(0.87～1.06),P=0.4;隐性模型:OR=1.01,95%CI(0.86～1.18),P=0.91;显性模型:OR=0.92,95%CI(0.79～1.07),P=0.28;共显性模型TC/TT:OR=0.91,95%CI(0.78～1.08),P=0.29;共显性模型CC/TT:OR=0.97,95%CI(0.80～1.17),P=0.72。结论:在中国人群中,KIF6rs20455基因多态性与CHD易感性无相关性。Objective:The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the polymorphism of KIF6 rs20455 gene and the susceptibility to coronary heart disease in the Chinese population.Method:ALL eligible studies were identified by searching the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP,Wanfang,PubMed,Ebsco,Web of Science,Cochrane database.The retrieval period was from the construction to the July 31,2018.We screened the literature about the association between KIF6 rs20455 polymorphism and coronary heart disease in Chinese population.The genotypes of KIF6 rs20455 T/C were compared.Result:A total of 7 studies involving 1755 healthy controls and 1759 coronary heart disease patients were included in the study.There was no significant correlation between the genotypes of KIF6 rs20455 and CHD (OR=0.96,95%CI (0.87~1.06),P=0.4;the recessive model:OR=1.01,95%CI (0.86~1.18),P=0.91;dominant model:OR=0.92,95%CI (0.79 to 1.07),P=0.28;TC/TT:OR=0.91,95%CI (0.78 to 1.08),P=0.29;CO display.Sexual model CC/TT:OR=0.97,95%CI (0.80~1.17),P=0.72).Conclusion:There is no correlation between the polymorphism of KIF6 rs20455 gene and susceptibility to CHD in Chinese population.
