摘　　要：随着智能手机的日益普及,移动学习已经基本替代了传统学习方式,但是情感感知技术的发展能够有效地解决移动环境中时间碎片化问题。全面分析移动学习及情感感知理论,设计了基于情感感知理论的移动英语学习软件。对软件系统进行测试,测试表明此软件具有良好的学习效果,不仅能够有效提高学生口语水平,还能够促进学生英语的日常交流。In the process of expansion of smart phones,mobile learning has basically replaced the traditional way of study,but the development of affective perception technology can effectively solve the problem of time fragmentation in mobile environment. This paper comprehensively analyzes the theory of mobile learning and emotion perception,and designs the mobile English learning software based on the theory of emotional perception.The test of software system indicates that the software has good effect,it not only improves students'oral English,but also promotes the daily communication of English.
