摘 要:QY9611是一种新型的改性双马来酰亚胺树脂。目前,针对QY9611的固化反应尚无系统的研究。以DSC动态升温法为基础,采用半经验的唯象模型对QY9611树脂的固化动力学参数进行了拟合,建立了相应的唯象动力学模型。利用Di-Benedetto方程研究了QY9611树脂的玻璃化转变温度与固化度之间的关系。采用凝胶盘法测定了QY9611树脂的凝胶化时间,并建立了树脂的凝胶时间与温度之间的关系。在此基础上绘制了QY9611树脂的时温转变图(TTT图),为其在实际应用中的固化反应工艺条件优化和未来的仿真研究提供数据参考。QY9611 was a new type of modified bismaleimide resin.At present,there is no systematic study on the curing reaction of QY9611.Based on DSC dynamic measurements,the parameters of curing kinetics of QY9611 bismaleimide resin were fitted by semi-empirical phenomenological model and the corresponding phenomenological kinetic model was established.The relationship between the glass transition temperature and the degree of cure of the QY9611 resin was investigated by using the Di-Benedetto equation. The gelation time of QY9611 resin was measured by the gel disc method,and the relationship between the gel time and the temperature of the resin was established.Based on this,the temperature-time-transformationdiagram (TTT)of QY9611 bismaleimide resin was drawn,which provided reference data to optimize the curing reaction process for practical applications arid future simulation studies.
