摘  要:采用胀模工艺对微发泡聚乳酸(PLA)/纳米黏土复合材料泡孔结构以及性能的影响研究。通过控制压力降速率条件,采用胀模工艺对微孔PLA/纳米黏土制品进行泡孔结构调控,研究了不同压力降速率条件下微孔PLA/纳米黏土制品泡孔结构、力学性能及表面质量的变化情况。结果表明,随着压力降速率下降,微孔形态由椭球形过渡到球形,制品芯层的平均泡孔直径、拉伸强度和拉伸模量呈上升趋势,泡孔尺寸更小的微孔PLA制品比那些尺寸大的泡孔制品的拉伸强度和拉伸模量要高。The effect of expansion molding process on the cell structure and properties of micro-foamed polylactic acid (PLA)/nano-clay composites was studied.By controlling the conditions of the pressure drop rate,the pore structure of microporous PLA/nanoclay products was controlled by the expansion molding process.The cell structure,mechanical property and surface quality of microporous PLA/nanoclay products under different pressure drop rates were studied.The results show that as the decrease of pressure drop rate, the micropore morphology could change from ellipsoidal to spherical,and the average cell diameter,tensile strength and tensile modulus of the core layer of the product could increase.The micropore PLA product with smaller cell size has stronger tensile strength and tensile modulus than the larger size product.
