摘 要:注塑成型质量和精度一直是注塑工艺研究的重要方向之一,除工艺参数对零件成型效果的影响外,成型过程中注塑模具的变形也是影响注塑精度的重要因素。使用应变电测法测量了模具应变。在测量实验中,结合有限元理论并利用Hs CAE和ANSYS Workbench软件仿真分析了型腔和型芯的变形情况,以仿真结果确定了模具表面测量点的位置,从单个成型周期内不同测量点的变形量得出了定模长侧壁外侧自由边中点(测量点A)和动模长侧壁外侧中心(测量点B)的应变受开合模振动冲击和锁模力的影响较大,而动模模板底部中心(测量点C)的应变受型腔内熔体充填和保压过程的影响较大,进而分析并得出了不同保压压力下测量点C的应变情况。The quality and accuracy of injection molding were always one of the important directions in the research of injection molding.Not only the process parameters could influence the formation of the components,but also the deformation of the injection mold during the molding process could be an important factor to affect the accuracy of injection molding.The strain electrical measurement method was used to measure the strain of the mold.In the measurement experiment,the finite element theory was combined with HsCAE and ANSYS Workbench software to simulate the deformation of the cavity and the core.The position of the measurement point on the mold surface was determined by the simulation results,and the deformation of the measurement points from a single molding cycle indicated that the vibration of the mold opening and closing and the clamping force could influence the midpoint of free edge for the fixed mold of the lateral wall outside (measurement point A)and the midpoint of the moving mold of the lateral wall outside (measurement point B).And the strain at the measuring point C was greatly affected by the melt filling and pressure holding process in the cavity,and then the strain at measuring point C under different holding pressures was analyzed and obtained.
