摘　　要：目的探讨健康生活方式干预对慢性非传染性疾病(以下简称“慢性病”)社区居民的干预效果。方法选择200名符合研究条件的慢性病患者作为研究对象,实施为期12个月的健康生活方式干预,进行定期检查和随访,并对干预前后的生活方式、一般体检和慢性病相关生化指标进行评估和比较。结果与干预前比较,受试患者的膳食结构趋向合理、不良习惯多有改善,运动量和运动积极性提高,心理状态有较大程度的改善,BMI干预前(23.6±3.0)kg/m2,干预后(22.1±2.9)kg/m2,t=9.246,P<0.01,腰围干预前(79.5±7.3)cm,干预后(77.9±5.6)cm,t=7.151,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论健康生活方式干预可以降低居民慢性病危险因素的暴露水平,增强身体素质,有利于慢性病防控。Objective To explore the effect of healthy lifestyle intervention on patients with chronic diseases in communities. Methods Two hundred patients with chronic diseases were selected as study subjects,and healthy lifestyle intervention was implemented for 12 months. Examination and follow-up were periodically conducted,and life styles,general physical examination and chronic disease related biochemical indicators before and after the intervention were evaluated and compared. Results Compared with conditions before intervention,patients’ dietary structures tended to become reasonable,bad habits were significantly reduced,the enthusiasm and amount of exercise were improved,and the mental state was bettered significantly. Statistically significant differences were found in BMI before intervention( 23. 6 ± 3. 0) kg/m2,after intervention( 22. 1±2. 9) kg/m2,t= 9. 246,P<0. 01 and waist circumference before intervention( 79. 5±7. 3) cm,after intervention( 77. 9±5. 6) cm,t = 7. 151,P<0. 01. Conclusion Healthy lifestyle intervention can reduce the exposure levels of risk factors in residents with chronic diseases and improve their physical constitution and is beneficial for prevention and control of chronic diseases.
