污染密集型产业的空间转移及其影响因素——基于中东部9省面板数据的实证测度

摘　　要：利用综合污染密集指数方法识别污染密集型产业,结合中国国情对污染密集型产业进行分层研究。通过测算中东部9省的绝对地理集中指数、产业平均集中度以及产业份额偏离系数,确认污染密集型产业存在空间梯度转移。运用面板固定效应模型研究了污染密集型产业空间梯度转移的影响因素,并得出结论:财政分权是污染密集型产业空间集聚的首位诱因;地区经济水平、工业企业经营绩效、市场化程度和环境治理强度等是影响污染密集型产业梯度转移的主要因素。This paper uses the comprehensive pollution intensity index to identify pollution-intensive industrie and divides the pollution-intensive industries into two levels in China’s national conditions.Results show that there is a spatial transfer in pollution-intensive industry that from 9 provinces of central and eastern by measuring MHHI,and uses the panel fixed effect model researches influencing factors of spatial transfer in pollution-intensive industry and draws some conclusions:the fiscal decentralization is the first inducer of pollution-intensive industrial space agglomeration.The regional economic level,the performance of industrial enterprises,the degree of marketization and the intensity of environmental governance are the important factors affecting the gradient transfer of pollution-intensive industry.
