无居民海岛开发利用适宜性评价——以防城港市六墩岛为例

摘　　要：结合广西无居民海岛的特点,建立了无居民海岛开发利用适宜性评价指标体系,并以防城港市六墩岛为例,从生态保护重要性和经济开发可行性两个方面评价其开发利用适宜性。结果表明,六墩岛属于限制开发型的无居民海岛。生境保护和生态脆弱性对六墩岛生态保护的意义重大,尤其是生境保护;旅游资源是六墩岛将来开发利用的主要对象,经济开发可行性由大至小排列为:旅游资源>土地资源>淡水资源>生物资源>区域开发条件>港口资源>可再生能源>矿产资源;基于生态保护角度出发,六墩岛适宜发展生态旅游,但应严格控制开发力度,控制旅游容量,保护和修复生态环境。A suitability indicator system of exploitation and utilization of uninhabited island was established,according to the characteristics of the uninhabited islands in Guangxi. Liudun island of Fangchenggang city as an example,two aspects of ecological protection importance and economic development feasibility were considered to evaluate its development and utilization suitability. The results show that Liudun island was a restrictive development uninhabited island. Habitat protection and ecological vulnerability were of great significance to the ecological protection of Liudun island,especially habitat protection. Tourism resource was the main future development and utilization object of Liudun island,and the order of economic development feasibility was:tourism resource > land resource > freshwater resource > biological resources > regional development condition > port resource > renewable energy source > mineral resource. Based on ecological protection,Liudun island was suitable for developing eco-tourism,but the development power and tourism capacity should be strictly controlled to protect and restore the ecological environment.
