摘 要:摩擦是影响板料塑性成形性能及数值仿真精度的主要因素。深入系统研究各种因素对摩擦系数影响的规律及机理具有重要意义。本文首先介绍了几种常用塑性成形摩擦测定装置及方法,随后分析了加工工艺参数对摩擦系数的影响,最后总结了摩擦理论模型的研究现状,并对塑性成形过程摩擦特性研究的未来发展趋势进行了展望。Friction is the main factor affecting the plastic formability and numerical simulation accuracy of sheet metal.It is of great significance to study the law and mechanism of the influence of various factors on friction coefficient.At first, several kinds of common friction measuring devices and methods for plastic forming were introduced.Then,the influence of processing parameters on friction coefficient was analyzed.Finally,the research status of friction theory model was summarized,and the future development trend of friction characteristics in plastic forming process was prospected.
