摘  要:以Navier-stokes方程和连续方程为基础,建立了卧式离心铸造管充型过程中的数学模型。运用模拟软件Flow-3D建立了金属液传热和流动的三维模型,并模拟了卧式离心铸造管的温度场与流动场。基于模拟结果分析了转速与浇注量对卧式离心铸造管质量的影响。Based on Navier-stokes equation and continuous equation,the mathematical model of horizontal centrifugal casting pipe during filling and solidification process was established.The Flow-3D simulation software was used to establish the three-dimensional model of molten metal for calculation of heat transfer and flow,and the temperature field and flow field of the horizontal centrifugal casting pipe were simulated.Based on the simulation results,the influence of rotational speed and pouring quantity on the quality of the horizontal centrifugal casting tube was analyzed.
