摘 要:采用不同的铸造工艺制备了新型建筑隔板用Mg-8Al-1.5Sn-0.6Zn镁合金,并进行了合金力学性能和阻尼性能的测试与分析。结果表明:与常规铸造优化工艺相比,超声铸造的新型建筑隔板的抗拉强度增大27MPa,屈服强度增大39MPa,断后伸长率增加1.8%,阻尼系数增大17×10^-3,新型隔板的力学和阻尼性能得到明显提高。该合金铸造工艺优选超声铸造。Mg-8Al-1.5Sn-0.6Zn magnesium alloy for novel building partition board was prepared by using different casting processes,and the mechanical properties and damping property of the alloy were tested and analyzed.The results show that compared with that prepared by conventional casting optimization process,the tensile strength,yield strength,elongation and damping coefficient of new building partition board prepared by ultrasonic casting process are increased by 27 MPa,39 MPa,1.8% and 17×10^-3,respectively.The mechanical and damping properties of the new partition board are obviously improved.The alloy casting process is superior to ultrasonic casting.
