摘 要:分析了轧件宽度、轧制力、工作辊直径和弯辊力对出口板带厚度分布的影响。将在线横向厚度计算模型看成是有载辊缝和带材出口弹性恢复量的线性组合,利用快速辊系弹性变形的计算方法求得有载辊缝。考虑到在线应用.将大量数据进行分析处理,得到了在线有载辊缝的数学模型。将其与带材出口弹性恢复量的计算模型结合,得到了板带横向厚度计算模型。该模型既考虑了轧制过程中一些不对称工艺参数对轧辊变形的影响,同时也考虑了轧件横向流动对厚度分布的影响。对在线横向厚度计算模型进行了验证。结果表明,在线横向厚度计算模型计算精度高,计算速度快,是在线板形控制的有效方式。The effects of rolled piece width,rolling force,work roll diameter and bending roll force on the thickness distribution of the outlet strip were analyzed.The on-line transverse thickness calculation model was considered as a linear combination of the loaded roll gap and the elastic recovery of the strip outlet,and the loaded roll gap was obtained by the fast roll system elastic deformation calculation method.Considering the on-line application,a large number of data were analyzed and processed,and the mathematical model of the on-line loaded roll gap was obtained.Combined with the elastic recovery model of the strip outlet,the transverse thickness calculation model of the strip was obtained.The model not only considers the influence of some asymmetrical process parameters on roll deformation,but also considers the influence of transverse flow on thickness distribution.The on-line transverse thickness calculation model was verified.The results show that the on-line lateral thickness calculation model has high accuracy and fast calculation speed,which is an effective method for on-line shape control.
