摘  要:板料在冲压成形中会产生起皱、开裂、回弹等缺陷,严重影响零件的成形效果。通过AutoForm有限元分析软件对某汽车后轮罩零件进行了冲压过程模拟,研究了压边力、摩擦系数、凸凹模间隙对零件厚度变化的影响。以最小厚度为指标,采用极差分析的方法确定了正交试验中各因素影响的主次顺序及优选工艺方案,并生产出了良好的汽车后轮罩零件。The sheet metal will produce wrinkles,cracking,springback and other defects in the stamping,which seriously affects the forming effect of the parts.The stamping process of the rear wheel cover part for a automobile was simulated by AutoForm finite element analysis software.The influences of blank holder force,friction coefficient and clearance of convex and concave dies on thickness change of the parts were studied.Taking the minimum thickness as the index,the primary and secondary order of the factors in the orthogonal test and the optimum selection process were determined by the method of range analysis.And good rear wheel cover parts for automobile were produced.
