摘 要:压边圈与板料之间的摩擦系数对差厚拼焊板成形中焊缝偏移量及成形深度有一定的影响。利用有限元方法对钢-铝差厚拼焊板成形盒形件的过程进行了模拟研究。采用新型分瓣式压边圈,压边圈与钢板、铝板之间设置不同的摩擦系数,分析其对差厚拼焊板成形过程中焊缝偏移量及成形深度的影响规律。结果表明,随着摩擦系数的增大,差厚拼焊板成形盒形件的深度逐渐减小;在一定的摩擦系数范围之内,压边圈与钢厚板间采用较小的摩擦系数,与铝薄板间采用较大的摩擦系数可以有效控制焊缝的偏移量;为了使盒形件获得较好的成形质量,压边圈与钢板间的摩擦系数取0.12~0.14,与铝板间的摩擦系数取0.19~0.22。The friction coefficient between the blank holder and sheet metal has certain influence on the weld offset and forming depth during the forming of different thickness tailor welded blanks(TWBs). The process of box part formed by different thickness steel and aluminum TWBs was simulated by using finite element method. The new split blank holders were adopted, and different values of friction coefficient were set between the blank holder and steel plate, aluminum plate. The influence law of the friction coefficient on the weld offset and the forming depth in the forming process with different thickness TWBs was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the friction coefficient, the depth of the formed box parts with different thickness TWBs gradually decreases. Within a certain range of friction coefficient, it can effectively control the weld offset by setting smaller friction coefficient between the blank holder and steel plate and larger friction coefficient between the blank holder and the aluminum plate. In order to obtain good forming quality of box parts, the value of friction coefficient between the blank holder and steel plate should be taken in 0.12-0.14, and the value of friction coefficient between the blank holder and aluminum plate should be taken in 0.19-0.22.
