摘 要:通过高速摄像对纯铝薄板TIG焊电弧形态进行分析,采用小孔法对3mm纯铝薄板焊接接头进行残余应力测试,利用应变节点采集应变信号并进行无线通讯数据传输,用Matlab软件计算残余应力值。试验结果表明:垂直于焊缝,纵向残余应力从焊缝中心到母材总体呈下降趋势,在焊缝中心存在较大的拉应力,在熔合区周围得到残余应力的最大值,到达母材区后拉应力变为压应力,在约束区残余压应力逐渐减少,最后转变为拉应力。沿着焊缝方向由两边向中心纵向残余拉应力逐渐减小。The arc shape of TIG welding of pure aluminum thin plate was analyzed by high-speed camera and the residual stress of the welded joint of 3 mm thick pure aluminum thin plate was measured by the small hole method,and the strain signals were collected by strain nodes and the data were transmitted through wireless communication.The residual stress value was calculated by Matlab software.The test results show that the longitudinal residual stress along direction perpendicular to the weld has a downward trend totally from the weld center to the parent material,and there is a large tensile stress in the weld center,and the maximum residual stress is obtained near the fusion zone.The tensile stress becomes compressive stress in the base material area.The residual compressive stress in the restraint area decreases gradually,and finally changes to tensile stress.The longitudinal residual tensile stress along the weld gradually decreases from the weld center to both sides.
