摘 要:在低温环境下热量散失很快,钢轨焊接接头易产生淬硬马氏体组织,在车轮碾压下形成马鞍形磨耗。因此研究一套适合寒冷地区的高品质焊轨工艺具有重要意义。采用YHGQ-1200气压焊轨车,研究不同的正火工艺下钢轨接头硬度变化规律,选取焊接质量优异的正火工艺参数范围。结果表明:O2流量68.4L/min、C2H2流量74.5 L/min,加热时间200 s,喷风压力0.30 MPa≤P<0.50 MPa,冷却速度v8/5为2.0℃/s^2.6℃/s,接头强韧化效果最好。将该套工艺在-8℃~0℃应用于济南铁路局焊轨施工现场,49根焊接接头全部稳定通过落锤检验。The heat dissipates quickly and hardened martensite is produced in the welding joint of the rail,and saddle-shaped abrasion forms under the rolling of wheel in cold environment.So it is of great significance to study a set of welding process of high quality rail suitable for cold area.The YHGQ-1200 gas welding rail car was used and the hardness change rule under different normalizing processes was studied.The optimum normalizing process range was selected.The results show that when the normalizing process parameters are oxygen flow rate of 68.4L/min,acetylene flow rate of 74.5 L/min,heating time of 200s,the blowing pressure of 0.30-0.50 MPa,the cooling rate (v8/5)of 2.0℃/s-2.6℃/s,the toughening effect of the joint is the best.The process was applied in the construction site of rail welding of Jinan Railway bureau at -8℃- 0℃,the 49 railway joints were all through the drop hammer test.
