摘  要:9-4-4-2以镍铝青铜合金板材为研究对象,配用与其成分相近的合金粉末进行了铸态铜合金精密脉冲等离子粉末堆焊探索性试验,从宏观形貌、显微组织、显微硬度、残余应力和耐腐蚀性能等各方面对堆焊层进行了评价,探讨了使用该技术修复舰船螺旋桨等铜质装备零部件表面腐蚀损伤的可行性。研究结果表明:精密脉冲等离子粉末堆焊能够在镍铝青铜合金表面制备出连续均匀、组织致密的堆焊层,堆焊层残余应力较小,耐腐蚀性能、硬度满足生产要求,可应用于装备制造、修复螺旋桨等零部件的表面腐蚀损伤。Taking 9-4-4-2 nickel aluminum bronze alloy plate as research object and applying the powder with similar composition,the precision pulsed plasma powder surfacing(PPPPS)investigative test of cast copper alloy was carried out.The surfacing layer were evaluated from various aspects such as macro morphology,microstructure,microhardness,residual stress and corrosion resistance.The feasibility of repairing surface corrosion damage of ship propeller and other copper equipment parts was discussed.The research results show that continuous uniform surfacing layers with compact microstructure can be prepared on the surface of the nickel aluminum bronze alloy by PPPPS.The residual stress of surfacing welding layers is small,and the corrosion resistance and hardness meet the production requirements.The PPPPS can be used in the equipment manufacturing and surface corrosion damage repair of propeller and other parts.
