摘  要:以板厚为40mm的Q420高强钢多层多道焊接头为研究对象,基于有限元软件MSC.Marc,分别采用移动热源模型和瞬间热源模型对接头的残余应力与变形进行了数值模拟,同时也用试验方法测量了接头的焊接残余应力和变形。对比数值模拟结果与试验结果可知,移动热源模型对焊接残余应力和变形都有较高的预测精度;瞬间热源模型只能比较精确的预测焊接残余应力,预测的焊接变形远低于实际测量值,然而,瞬间热源模型能大幅度的缩短计算时间。如果焊接构件只关注焊接残余应力,瞬间热源模型将具有更大的优势。Taking the multi-layer multi-pass welded joint of 40 mm thick Q420 high strength steel as the research object, the moving heat source and instantaneous heat source were used to simulate the residual stress and deformation of the welded joint by using FEA software MSC.Marc.Meanwhile,residual stress and deformation of the welded joint were also measured by experiment.The comparison between simulation and experiment result shows that prediction accuracies of both welding residual stress and deformation by moving heat source are high,while the model with instantaneous heat source can only predict the welding residual stress accurately,but the predicted value of welding deformation is much less than the measured value.However,the instantaneous heat source model can save a large amount of computing time.The instantaneous heat source will have a large advantage if welding residual stress is only simulated.
