摘  要:通过断口和显微组织观察.分析了18Cr2Ni4WA钢件在制造过程中的断裂原因。结果表明:断裂是局部过烧造成的。由于材料在模锻前中频感应加热局部温度高,加之模锻变形速度大,锻造过程中机械能转化为热能,致使其变形量较大的位置(变径处)局部温度升高而引起零件形变过烧。Through the observation of fracture and microstructure, the fracture causes of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel were analyzed. The results show that the fracture is caused by local overheating. Local high temperature of the material occurs during medium frequency induction heating before die forging, and the mechanical energy is converted into heat energy during forging under large deformation speed of die forging, which results in the increase of local temperature in the position(variable diameter) with large deformation amount, finally it leads to the part deformation overburning.
