Analysis of the Training Needs Among the Public Health Technical Persons of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at All Levels in Jiangxi Province

摘　　要：目的了解江西省各级疾控中心卫生专业技术人员(以下简称“卫技人员”)培训需求情况。方法采用普查和分层随机抽样方法对1305名卫技人员进行培训需求调查。结果1305名卫技人员中,92.7%的人需要参加培训;88.0%的人参加培训的主要原因为岗位工作需要;81.1%的人最希望参加疾控机构举办的培训;82.5%的人认为培训班是合适的培训形式;53.5%、63.4%、48.7%的人分别认为每年培训1~3次、短期培训时限每次1~3d、进修时限最多1个月合适,75.5%的人认为实践操作为合适的教学方法。从技能和专业培训来看,省、市两级卫技人员需求程度大体大于县级(P<0.05)。培训需求程度与年龄、性别、疾控工作年限、职称、单位级别有关。结论应加各级疾控中心尤其是市、县两级的培训,并根据各级各岗位卫技人员实际需求进行针对性培训。Objective To investigate the training needs among the public health technical persons of centers for disease control and prevention at all levels in Jiangxi province. Methods General investigation and stratified cluster sampling were used to investigate the training needs of 1 305 public health technical persons. Results 92. 7% of all the public health technical persons needed professional trainings. The main reason for 88. 0% of the informants to take part in the trainings was the need for work. 81. 1% of the informants mostly hope to take part in the trainings holded by disease control and prevention institutions. 82. 5% of the informants considered the training class was a suitable training form. 53. 5%,63. 4% and 48. 7% of the informants respectively considered that to be trained 1-3 times per year,1-3 days at every turn for a short term training and no more than one month for taking a refresher course were appropriate. 75. 5% of informants considered that practice was a suitable teaching method. The training need degree of the informants of the two levels of province and city was generally larger than the informants of the county level (P<0.05). Training need degree was associated with age,sex,working seniority of disease prevention and control,positional title and unit level. Conclusion he training of all levels of CDC, especially the city and county trainings according to actual needs of the public health technical persons at various posts and unit levels.
