摘　　要：人事档案记录着人才的基本信息、业绩贡献和科研成果等,其原始记录是确立重点学科、明确研究方向和提升疾控能力的重要依据。通过对疾控中心人才推荐工作中人事档案的利用,分析人事档案在人才工作中的重要作用,思考人事档案利用服务中显现的不足之处,据此提出强化人事档案管理的几点建议,以更好地服务疾控人才建设,搭建更高水平的疾控平台。Personnel files record the basic information,performance contribution and scientific research results of talents,and the original records are an important basis for establishing key disciplines,clarifying research directions and improving disease control capabilities. Through the use of personnel files in the recommendation work of the CDC,the author analyzes the important role of personnel files in work on talents,and considers the shortcomings in the personnel file utilization service and based on this,puts forward some suggestions for strengthening the management of personnel files to better serve the construction of disease control talents and build a disease control platform of a higher level.
