摘　　要：为了进一步研究厚板多层多道焊焊缝成形中的焊接工艺,为后续试验提供理论和技术指导,采用单一变量试验法,研究弧焊机器人MAG熔焊过程中的焊接工艺参数间的相互关系及其对焊缝成形尺寸的影响规律。To further study the welding process related to the formation of weld during the multi-layer and multi-pass welding of thick plates,single variable test method was adopted to study on the correlation among the welding parameters as well as its influence on the forming size of weld during MAG welding by arc welding robots.
