关于板坯连铸使用电磁搅拌技术的思考

摘　　要：板坯连铸采用二冷区电磁搅拌技术,在普通低合金钢的生产中取得了显著成效,但在生产某些特殊钢种时,却出现了负面作用。本文对此现象进行分析,对电磁搅拌技术的使用提出了建议。Remarkable results had been achieved in common low-alloy steel production by using EMS in the secondary cooling zone of the slab caster.On the contrary,it exerted a negative effect to certain special steel grades.This paper shows the analysis on this phenomenon as well as the suggestions on EMS application.
