摘　　要：目的:探讨应用指尖舌形皮瓣重建侧甲襞联合矩形皮瓣重建指蹼治疗先天性并指畸形的疗效。方法:自2011年8月至2015年8月我院对30例先天性并指畸形患者采用指尖舌形皮瓣重建侧甲襞联合矩形皮瓣重建指蹼,并指之间掌、背侧设计锯齿形切口,切取皮瓣并进行分指矫形术,手指侧方剩余创面行全厚皮片植皮修复。术后给予抗生素预防感染,拆线后指导患者进行功能锻炼。结果:30例患者植皮后有26例完全存活,4例大部分存活,指尖部的舌状瓣及指蹼部位的矩形瓣均存活,经过积极的功能锻炼,手指的功能较术前明显改善,根据Swanson手功能的评定标准,结果:优25例,良4例,差1例。结论:应用改良指尖舌形皮瓣重建侧甲襞联合矩形皮瓣重建指蹼治疗先天性并指畸形具有良好的临床效果,是治疗先天性并指畸形的良好方式之一。Objective:To investigate the effect of lateral nailfold reconstruction with modified fingertip tongue-shaped flap and fingerweb reconstruction with rectangular flap in treatment of congenital syndactylia. Methods:From August 2011 to August 2015,30 patients with congenital syndactylia were treated through lateral nailfold reconstruction with modified fingertip tongue-shaped flap and fingerweb reconstruction with rectangular flap.After operation,antibiotics was given to prevent infection,and functional exercise was carried out after sutures out.Results:The skin flap completely survived in 26 cases and most survived in 4 cases.Tongue-shaped flap of the fingertips and rectangular flap of the fingerweb all survived.Function of the fingers improved obviously after postoperative active functional exercise.According to the Swanson score, the result was evaluated as excellent in 25 cases,good in 4 cases and poor in 1case.Conclusion:The clinical effect of lateral nailfold reconstruction with modified fingertip tongue-shaped flap and fingerweb reconstruction with rectangular flap for treatment of the patients with congenital syndactylia is good.
