摘　　要：目的:探讨应用闭合复位克氏针内固定治疗新鲜的骨性锤状指。方法:白2012年8月至2016年8月我院对30例新鲜的骨性锤状指患者采用闭合复位克氏针内固定。结果:所有患者术后随访3月至4年(平均13个月),经过积极的功能锻炼,手指的功能较术前明显改善,根据Patel等制定的锤状指疗效评价体系评定疗效:优25例,良3例,可1例,差1例,优良率达93.3%,疗效满意。结论:应用闭合复位克氏针内固定治疗新鲜的骨性锤状指具有良好的临床效果,是治疗新鲜的骨性锤状指的良好方式之一。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of closed reduction and percutaneous fixation for treatment of fresh malletfinger with avulsion fracture. Methods: From August 2012 to August 2016. 30 patients with fresh malletfinger and avulsion fracture were treated by closed reduction and percutaneous internal fixation. Results: All of the patients were followed up for mean 13 months (ranging from 3 months to 4 years), function of the fingers improved obviously after active functional exercise. According to Patel system, the result was evaluated as excellent in 25 cases, good in 3 cases, fair in 1 case and poor in 1 case, excellent and good rate reached up to 93.3%. Conclusion: Closed reduction and percutaneous internal fixation is one of the best ways for treatment of patients with fresh malletfinger and avulsion fracture.
