徒手负压滴鼻法与传统滴鼻法治疗慢性鼻炎的效果对比

摘　　要：目的比较徒手负压滴鼻法与传统滴鼻法治疗慢性鼻炎的效果。方法选择2016年6月～2017年12月前来我院医治的慢性鼻炎患者100例,随机分成观察组(n=50)与对照组(n=50)。对照组患者采用传统滴鼻法进行用药治疗,观察组患者采用徒手负压滴鼻法治疗。记录两组患者的感受、鼻腔症状是否减轻、药液浪费情况,并比较两组患者的治疗满意度。结果观察组患者药液流入咽喉部感觉、鼻腔症状加重、药液浪费所占比例均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总满意度(94.0%)显著高于对照组(66.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论徒手负压滴鼻法能避免药液浪费,延长药物的吸收和作用时间,提高预期治疗效果,值得在临床进一步推广应用。Objective To compare effect of manual negative pressure nose drop method and traditional nose drop method treating chronic rhinitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic rhinitis treated in our hospital from June2016 to December 2017 were selected and they were randomly divided into the observation group(n=50) and the control group(n=50). The patients in the control group were given conventional nasal drip, while patients in the observation group were given manual negative pressure nose drop method. The feelings, whether the symptoms of nasal cavity lightened and liquid waste in patients between the two groups were recored and the satisfaction degree of treatment in patients between the two groups was compared. Results The percentages of medicinal liquid flowing into pharynx and throat, aggravating nasal symptoms and wasting of medicinal liquid in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction degree of the observation group(94.0%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.0%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Manual negative pressure nose drop method can avoid drug wasting, promote the absorption and action time of drugs, and enhance the expected therapeutic effect, which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
