摘　　要：目的探讨罗伊(Roy)适应模式护理在初产妇产后恢复中的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月～2017年11月于江西省广昌县人民医院分娩的80例初产妇作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组产妇给予常规护理,观察组产妇在对照组的基础上给予Roy适应模式护理。比较两组产妇干预前后的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、适应能力评分及分娩情况[视觉模拟(VAS)评分、夜间睡眠时间、泌乳始动时间]。结果两组产妇干预前的SDS评分及适应能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组产妇干预后的SDS评分均低于干预前,适应能力评分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇干预后的SDS评分低于对照组,适应能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的VAS评分低于对照组,夜间睡眠时间长于对照组,泌乳始动时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Roy适应模式护理在初产妇产后恢复中有较高应用价值,可改善产妇负面情绪,促进产后恢复,值得推广。Objective To explore the value of Roy adaptation mode nursing in the recovery of primipara after birth.Methods Eighty primiparas who delivered in People′s Hospital of Guangchang County in Jiangxi Province from January2016 to November 2017 were selected as the study objects and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, and the observation group was given the Roy adaptation model nursing on the basis of the control group. The self-rating depression scale(SDS), adaptive ability scores berore and after intervention, and childbirth(visual analogue scale [VAS] score, sleep time at night, lactation start time) were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in SDS scores and adaptive ability scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05). The SDS scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the adaptive ability scores were higher than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SDS score after intervention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the adaptive ability score was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the sleep time at night was longer than that in the control group, the start time of lactation was shorter than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Roy adaptation mode nursing has higher application value in primipara postpartum recovery,which can improve maternal negative emotions and promote postpartum recovery, and it is worthy of promotion.
