摘　　要：目的探讨综合性护理干预预防经皮肾镜超声碎石术后并发症的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月～2018年2月于我院行经皮肾镜超声碎石术患者98例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各49例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施综合性护理干预。比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况、住院时间及拔除造瘘管时间,并采用问卷调查的形式对患者护理满意度进行调查。结果观察组患者术后并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的住院时间、拔除瘘管时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理总满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展综合性护理干预,能有效降低经皮肾镜超声碎石术后并发症发生率,促进患者术后恢复,同时可提高护理质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the prevention of postoperative complications after percutaneous nephrolithotripsy. Methods A total of 98 patients who underwent percutaneous nephrolithotripsy from January 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital were enrolled. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. In the control group, routine nursing was used, while in the observation group, comprehensive nursing intervention was carried out on the basis of the control group. The postoperative complications, hospitalization time, and time to remove nephrostomy tube were compared between the two groups. Questionnaire was used to investigate patients’satisfaction.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The hospitalization time and the time of removal of nephrostomy tube in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy, promote postoperative recovery, and improve the nursing quality.
