摘  要:在深水急流裸岩海峡中进行桥梁桩基施工时,钢管桩或钢护筒入岩难度大,而且打桩船、浮式平台等定位困难,施工的结构安全及质量风险大。在秀山大桥工程中,将自升式平台创新性地应用于桥梁桩基施工中,利用液压升降系统将平台升至水面以上,配合导向架实现钢管桩的精确定位,采用钻孔跟进方法使钢管桩嵌岩,从而解决深水急流裸岩海峡桩基施工的技术难题。实践证明,在桥梁深水裸岩桩基施工中,运用自升式平台可取得良好效果。In construction of bridge pile foundation in deep water torrent and exposed rock strait,it is difficult to thrust steel piles and casings in exposed rock,and locating the pile driving ship and floating platform will be a hard job,so structure safety and quality risk are great.In Xiushan Bridge project,the jack-up platform was innovatively applied in construction of the bridge.Rising the platform above water with the hydraulic lifting system,the jack-up platform with frame positioned steel pipe piles precisely. Then,steel pipe piles were inserted into rocks by drilling,which solved the technical problem of the pile foundation construction in deep water torrent and exposed rock strait.The practice shows that the use of jack-up platform can achieve good results in construction of bridge piles under deep water and exposed rock condition.
