摘　　要：依法治军、从严治军是强军之基,必须把依法治军、从严治军纳入依法治国总体布局,切实把作风建设不断引向深入,提高国防和军队建设法治化水平。因此,从时代价值、目标原则、关键环节和任务措施四个维度勾勒了新时代依法治军、从严治军的思想脉络,为国防和军队法治化建设提供了根本遵循。Ruling by law in a strict manner is the foundation of a strong army,which constitutes an important part of the overall strategy of national governance.Constant improvement of work style guarantees national defense and army building under the rule of law.XI Jin-ping's thought of managing the army strictly according to law in the new age is the fundamental and should be grasped from the following four aspects:the historic value,the aim and principle,the key points and the effective measures to be taken.
