新时期指挥信息系统工程专业教学改革设想探讨

摘　　要：分析了指挥信息系统的概念及其在网络信息体系作战中的作用,给出了指挥信息系统工程专业教学改革的目标定位,提出了以"新"与"智"为切入点驱动该专业教学改革的思路,并系统分析了其改革思路的"新"理念和改革内容的"智"内涵。这对于统一指挥信息系统工程专业教学改革的思想认识,培养具备信息化和智能化素质能力的指挥信息系统工程专业人才,具有一定的现实指导意义和参考价值。With a brief introduction of the concept of command information system and its role in military operations,the orientation of the teaching reform concerning the command information systems engineering majoris proposed,the ideas of "new pursuit"and "intellectualism"are presented as hints for the reform,and then the new concepts and their connotation are discussed in detail.These discussions and analyses are of significance in terms of the reference value as well as the inspiration evokedfor a consensus on the teaching reform on the major.
