摘　　要：党的十九大报告提出,腐败是我党面临的最大威胁。近年来,党中央以前所未有的决心和力度惩治腐败,并取得了阶段性胜利,但是我国反腐败法规制度在一定程度上仍然存在不尽完善之处,开展国际反腐败合作仍然面临着一系列的挑战。打赢反腐败正义之战,必须结合国内、国际当前的反腐败立法现状,坚持正确的反腐败立法重心,构建系统化、规范化的反腐败法制体系,坚持求同存异,建立完善的国际协调机制,加快司法体制改革,改进社会监督机制惩治腐败。As pointed out in the report of 19th CPC National Congress,corruption is the biggest threat to our party.In recent years,the fight against corruption has witnessed significant achievements in the initial stages thanks to Party Central Committee's unprecedented determination and momentum in this respect.At present,China's anti-corruption laws and regulations are still imperfect to some extent,and the international anti-corruption cooperation still faces a series of challenges.To win the battle of justice against corruption,we must take into account the current situation of domestic as well as international anti-corruption legislation,and stick to the right focus so as to build a systematic and normalized anti-corruption legal structure.Furthermore,in our effort to speed up reform of the judicial system and improve the social supervision mechanism,we should seek common ground while putting aside differences for the establishment and improvement of the international coordinating mechanism.
