老年严重精神障碍患者相关服务的研究现状与反思

摘　　要：近年来,精神健康逐渐成为社会的焦点问题,而作为精神疾病的高发人群,老年人的精神障碍问题值得关注。通过文献梳理,我们发现已有的研究主要涉及我国老年人精神障碍相关概念、疾病概况、住院医疗服务与社区康复服务。国外文献也对老年精神健康问题、老年严重精神障碍患者的临床服务、照顾者支持以及社区康复服务做了介绍。社会工作这一专业聚焦老年精神健康群体,尤其是在为疾病程度较为严重的老年患者服务中扮演着重要角色,比如与医护团队协同合作,为老年精神障碍患者链接医疗与社会服务资源;建立疾病信息数据库,实施动态监测管理,完善社会支持网络;组织丰富的社区活动,促进老年精神障碍患者的社会融入等。Mental health issue has gradually become the focus for the society and the academia in recent years. Older adults are high-risk group of mental illness.Through literature review,we found that the existing research mainly focus on the relevant concepts,disease profile,hospitalization services and community rehabilitation services of the older adults.Chinese literature also introduces the mental health problems of western older people,the clinical services for older adults with severe mental disorders,caregiver support and community rehabilitation services.Social work is a profession managing,connecting and delivering services for people in need.Social workers also play an important role for older adults with severe mental disorder,such as collaborating with medical teams to link medical and social services resources;collecting disease information and monitoring the process.Interventions from social work could also improve the social support network and social integration for the older adults with mental disorder.
