摘　　要：职务犯罪调查存在的基础是制约公权力失范,当社会公正的初始状态被打破,如何对其修复,有着"先验"和"比较"两种路径。在对待公权力失范的局面上,是依靠社会结构,还是依靠社会选择?如果是社会选择,那么在社会选择的过程中,就存在技术修复的问题。职务犯罪调查技术原论应当包括如下问题:职务犯罪调查中的技术应当进行怎样的外延界定才能清晰地展示技术运用的全貌;职务犯罪调查和技术之间的契合模式是什么;在职务犯罪调查与技术关系的背后,隐藏着怎样的国家治理逻辑。The basis of the duty crimes investigation is to restrict the loss of public power.When the initial state of social justice is broken,how to repair it has two ways:"prior"and"comparative".In the situation of the loss of public power,is it dependent on social structure or on social choice?If it is the latter,there is a problem with technical repair in the process.The original theory of duty crime investigation technology should have the following questions:what kind of technology extension defined to clearly show the whole technical application in the duty crime investigation;what is the fit between duty crime investigation and technology;what kind of national governance logic is hidden.
