摘  要:圆锥扫描红外地球敏感器通过其扫描机构的旋转获得地平穿越信息,来进行卫星对地姿态测量。扫描电机采用无刷直流电机(BLDCM),电机转速的波动性会影响圆锥扫描红外地球敏感器的精度。与传统电机控制电路进行对比,采用了基于FPGA的无刷直流电机恒速控制系统,提出了一种双路PID控制算法。通过仿真和实验,该控制系统实现了对电机转速高精度和高可靠性的控制,抑制了电机转速的波动性。The conical scanning infrared earth sensor gets the horizon crossing information for satellite attitude measurement through the rotation of its scanning mechanism. The scanning motor uses a brushless DC motor (BLDCM),and the fluctuation of motor speed affects the precision of the conical scanning infrared earth sensor. Comparing with a traditional motor control circuit, a kind of constant speed control system of brushless DC motor based on FPGA is used, and a two-way PID control algorithm is proposed. Through the simulation and the experiment, this control system realized a high-precision and high-reliability control for the motor rotation speed, and damped the motor speed fluctuation.
