摘　　要：A型肉毒毒素进行面部美容是目前常用的美容方法,其安全性也受到美容医师和患者的关注。肉毒毒素可通过抑制突触前膜乙酰胆碱释放,阻断神经肌肉传导,导致肌肉松弛性麻痹,达到治疗目的。文中通过采编国内外肉毒毒素治疗数据,分析A型肉毒毒素用于面颈部祛皱塑形、身体外形塑造、多汗症和腋臭的治疗适应症以及肉毒毒素的毒副作用、注意事项等方面资料,提示美容医师需要遵守神经毒药物的使用技术标准以及熟悉局部药理作用,以尽量减轻患者的不良反应。Botulinum toxin is an injectable neuromodulator derived from neurotoxins produced by Clostridium botulinum.Becouse of the ability of the toxin to inhibit neurotransmission between peripheral nerves and muscle tissue,botulinum toxin is an effective treatment for aesthetic and medical concerns that are exacerbated by muscle contraction.The aesthetic concerns on the face,neck and body contouring,focal hyperhidrosis that can be improved with botulinum toxin will be reviewed here.The performer should adhere to standards and are familiar with pharmacological mechanisms.
