摘  要:本文通过制造和检测局部特征试验件,建立了C型梁、U型前缘及整流罩等结构的固化变形规律及其补偿量的预测方法。在工艺设计阶段,根据该预测方法,获取变形规律和补偿量,建立工艺数模、补偿成型模型面、优化工艺参数,制造飞机的C型梁、U型前缘及整流罩等结构件。结果表明,试验件型面满足设计要求,所建立的固化变形规律及其补偿量预测方法在工程上可行,可有效解决复合材料制件的固化变形问题。Curing deformations of thermoset resin matrix composite parts with various geometrical structure including C-type beam,U-type leading edge and fairing structure have been studied in this paper.The attention was first paid to the investigation of curing deformation mechanism,during which the specimens with their local characteristics are manufactured and tested.The method for the deformation compensation prediction is then established for these composite parts.Specifically,during the design stage,the deformations and compensations are quantitively given using the prediction method.The process model to compensate the surface of mold are then established.By means of forming mold compensation and process parameters optimization,the profiles of the produced C-type beam,U-type leading edge and fairing structure all well satisfy the design requirement.The results prove that the proposed prediction method is effective in controlling the curing deformation of the composite structures in engineering applications.
