摘 要:通过碳化法制备得到改性纳米碳酸钙,考察了复合改性剂及其用量等因素对改性效果的影响,利用活化度测试、吸油值测试、透射电镜观察、热重分析等方法对产物进行了表征,得到3%脂肪+0.5%表活1~#的复合改性剂制备的改性纳米碳酸钙具有较好的性质。最后,将0.2%改性纳米碳酸钙加入到基础润滑油中,通过四球摩擦磨损试验,测定了摩擦系数和磨斑直径以及观察磨斑表面形貌,表明添加了改性纳米碳酸钙的润滑油的抗磨、减摩性能有比较明显的提升。Modifiednano-CaCO3 was prepared by carbonization method,and the effects on properties of nanoCaCO3,such as different composite modifiers and adding quantity,were studied.Activation index and oil absorption value of nano-CaCO3 prepared were measured,and its physical properties were confirmed by analysis of TGA,XRD and TEM etc.It is proved that the nano-CaCO3 prepared with modifier of 3% fatty acid and 0.5% surfactant 1# has a good modification.Finally,lubricating oil contained 0.2% modified nano-CaCO3 was applied in four-ball friction test.By measuring friction coefficient,diameter of wear spot and observing the appearance of wear spots,we found that friction reducing and anti-wear of lube oil with such additive have been improved.
