摘 要:为了揭示波长扫描方法中影响光纤光栅波长解调性能的因素,并为该方法的进一步发展提供必要的理论依据,开展了波长解调系统建模、仿真与实验研究工作。首先,根据信号的传输路径,建立了波长解调系统模型,并对波长解调原理进行了深入分析;接着,通过仿真计算详细研究了系统中光滤波器带宽、扫描范围与扫描范围内的有效采样点数、压电位移器的迟滞性与非线性对波长分辨率、误差等的影响;最后,搭建了光纤光栅波长解调系统,并进行了实验分析。实验中,通过改变系统参数得到了与仿真分析中相同的结论,当解调频率为10Hz时,光纤光栅波长分辨率达到0.25pm,当解调频率为100Hz时,光纤光栅波长分辨率达到2.5pm,实验结果验证了系统模型的有效性。In order to reveal the factors that affect the fiber Bragg grating (FBG)wavelength demodulation performance in the wavelength scanning method,system modeling,simulation and experiment are carried out in this paper.First,the model of the FBG demodulation system is built according to the signal transmission path in the system,and the demodulation principle is analyzed comprehensively based on the model Then the effects of the optical filter bandwidth,scanning range,sampling number and the characteristics of the piezoelectric actuator on the wavelength resolution and error of the system are studied.Finally,the FBG wavelength demodulation system is established and tested.The experimental results are similar with those in the simulation.When the demodulation frequency is 10Hz, the wavelength resolution can reach 0.25 pm.When the demodulation frequency is 100 Hz,the wavelength resolution can reach 2.5 pm. The experiment proves that the system model is effective.
