摘　　要：周次清教授是我国著名中医心血管病专家,从医50余载,医理娴熟,经验颇丰,在处方用药方面有很多独到见解,主要体现在以下四个方面:一是遣方有道,重视整体观念,临证善用古方,圆机活法,知常达变;二是制方严谨,选药精当,力戒庞杂,并强调主次分明,药量适中;三是主张中西医结合,强调中医辨证与西医辨病要统一,处方用药既遵中医理法方药之法度,又需参照现代药理研究;四是强调处方遣药需补偏纠弊,不应过度用药,尤为重视脾胃,临证应合理配伍以顾护胃气。Professor ZHOU Ciqing is a famous expert in treating cardiovascular diseases in Chinese medicine. He has more than 50 years of experience in Chinese medicine and has many original opinions on prescriptions and medications,mainly reflected in the following four aspects. Firstly,the prescription is reasonable and flexible,emphasizing the concept of holism,and being good at using the ancient prescriptions to treat diseases. Secondly,combining prescriptions are rigorously,selecting herbs precisely,strictly avoiding numerously,with a clear hierarchy and moderate dosage. Thirdly,advocating the integration of Chinese and western medicine,emphasizing the unity of syndrome differentiation in Chinese medicine and disease differentiation in western medicine,prescriptions and medications not only follow the law of traditional Chinese medicine,but also refer to modern pharmacological research. Fourthly,it is emphasized that prescriptions and medicines should compensate for errors and rectify shortcomings,and should not be overused. Attention should be paid to the spleen and stomach and the prescriptions should be properly compatible to protect the stomach qi.
