摘　　要：目的:观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤干预甲基苯丙胺(冰毒)依赖者戒断抑郁情绪的临床疗效。方法:将63例符合诊断标准的患者按照2∶1的比例随机分为治疗组(给予柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗)和对照组(不予任何治疗)两组,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,观察冰毒依赖者戒断后抑郁情绪变化情况。结果:总有效率治疗组76.19%,对照组19.05%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组SDS、HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤改善冰毒依赖者戒断后抑郁情绪效果显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction intervening patients with withdrawal depression of methamphetamine dependent. Methods:According to the proportion of2∶1,total 63 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(treated with Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction) and the control group(without any treatment). The depressive mood changes in patients with withdrawal methamphetamine dependent were observed by self-rating depression scale(SDS) and Hamilton Dlepression scale(HAMD). Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 76.19%,that in the control group was 19.05%,which had statistical significance(P< 0.01). The SDS and HAMD scores in the treatment group were all lower than the control group,there were statistical significance(P< 0.05,P< 0.01).Conclusion:Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction improved the withdra wal depression effectively in patients with methamphetamine dependent.
